Hi im Erik
I’m 39 and based in Amsterdam. I’m passionate about psychology, personal growth and helping others get more out of life.
Before becoming a coach, I studied Business Administration and completed a Master’s in Marketing. I spent many years working in marketing, sales and e-commerce, most recently as E-commerce Manager at Tony’s Chocolonely.
Outside of work, I’m curious and adventurous. I’ve lived in several countries, love travelling, fitness, padel and skiing . But you can make me equally happy with theatre and singing. Also I’m a real foody and love to try out restaurants.
As a gay man, authenticity and having the confidence to be yourself are themes close to me.
I bring all these experiences into my coaching. My style is personal, practical, challenging and fun.
why i coach
After 15 years in commercial leadership roles I needed more fulfillment.
I wanted to make direct impact by helping others overcome their challenges and get the best out of themselves.
My goal is to let you experience the kick of feeling great.

During COVID I attended several seminars of the world famous life coach Tony Robbins. This man really knows how to change lifes.
After this, I decided to study at the Robbins & Madanes training center in 2019. This has been an amazing experience. Since then, I trained many clients based on these proven coaching strategies.
